On behalf of everyone at the Edmond Public Schools Foundation, we are excited to welcome you to this special day of giving back to support students.
Below is some additional information to help keep you informed and make your day on the course much more relaxed and fun! If you have not already done so, please provide your email and cell phone number to [email protected].
Player check-in and login:
- All players will be checked in using their cell phone number or email address.
- All golfers are required to provide their email and cell number prior to event day. This is how each golfer will check in and give golfers access to the online event page.
- A text will be sent to each golfer following their check-in with additional information regarding their assigned hole (Tbl #) to start the tournament.
- This is also how payments can be made for games! All game purchases or donations will be through the event site, and if you are paying cash, you will do this at the end of the day.
- Once you enter the login code sent to your phone, you will be able to see your starting hole (Tbl #), bid, and donate.
- If you log out by pressing the logout button, you will have to enter the login code again when attempting to log in.
- There is no outside food or drink permitted on the golf course. One beverage cart will be available during the tournament and you can also use your tickets at the turn bar. Team captains will be provided with an envelope that will contain two drink tickets for every golfer. Additional beverages can be purchased through the course.
- Lunch will be provided at the end of play at the Awards Presentation for all golfers at no cost.
- More information about games is provided on the ClickBid event site, including Student Drivers and Mulligan. Once you check-in, you will receive a text with a link to this page, but it can also be found at https://puttfore2024.cbo.io. You must log in using the cell phone number or email address you provided (please do not set up a new registration). If you need help, please find a volunteer or staff person to assist you.
- When you arrive, please check in at https://puttfore2024.cbo.io! If you have any issues checking in, please let us know. Volunteers will be by the golf carts to assist you with check-in.

- Check out the ClickBid site for more information about games and how your support is helping students and teachers at Edmond Public Schools https://puttfore2024.cbo.io.
- Your hole start number (Tbl #) will be available on the event site https://puttfore2024.cbo.io and will say “Tbl #.” You can find this at the top of the page when you are logged into the ClickBid site. You can take your clubs directly to your cart, which will also have the team/company name and your hole start number indicated.
