Students must be entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year and provide one reference from a school representative, another nonprofit where they have demonstrated leadership, or from someone that is not a family member that can speak to your ability to participate fully in this program.
The Student Ambassador program is a program that builds advocates for public education, cultivates leaders within the school district, and fosters philanthropic endeavors for meaningful impact. High school students from Edmond Public Schools actively participate in monthly meetings, where they engage with district, community, and state leaders. These students take part in various committees and events, such as speaking at public gatherings, organizing fundraisers, conducting food drives for the district, volunteering in schools, and advocating for public education on social media. A Google account MUST be set up to access the application, and all Student Ambassadors from 2024-205 must reapply.
